The TS 60 builds into a framed wall during construction or a remodel, so plan on finish work as part of the install. Ortal’s passive cool wall technology keeps the wall above the fire cool enough that a TV or artwork can hang directly over it —the layout most open-plan rooms want and most fireplaces rule out. Possible downsides The Double Glass version and the interior lighting run on household power , so those configurations won’t operate during an outage; the screen version with no add-ons can run on battery backup. Interior lighting is an add-on , not included. The black reflective interior is an add-on , not standard.
