Our Story

We know what it's like to go without a reliable source of heat in extreme cold. That's exactly why this business has been here since 1934 — helping Southwest Montana families find the right fireplace or stove and get it installed right.

Three generations later, we're still doing what we've always done. What started as a local supply company in Butte has grown into the region's go-to source for fireplaces, stoves, inserts, stone veneer, and chimney services — with two locations serving a 100-mile radius across Southwest Montana.

We've seen a lot change over 90 years. Fuel types have evolved. Technology has improved. Customer expectations have grown. But what hasn't changed is the way we do business: honest advice, quality products, and installations done right by our own team — every time.

Why Perry's Fireplace & Stove?

In-House Team

Our installers and technicians are our own employees — not subcontractors. We stand behind every job because we're the ones who did it.

Since 1934

Three generations of the same family, serving the same communities, doing the same honest work. That kind of continuity is rare — and it matters.

Free In-Home Visits

We don't guess about your space — we come see it. Every in-home visit is free, and it's how we make sure you get the right unit.
